- Delivery of the Free Starter kit and occasional emails about INTELIDO products (only with your consent)
- Order fulfillment, delivery of the digital product, issuing accounting documents
- Response to your contact or complaint
- Improving the service via anonymized statistics (only with analytics consent)
4. Retention
- Newsletter (Free Starter): until consent withdrawal (one-click unsubscribe in every email)
- Accounting records: 10 years (§ 35 of Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting)
- Contact communication: maximum 3 years after closure
- Server logs: 30 days

Data transmission uses TLS/HTTPS encryption. We require adequate technical and organizational measures from our processors. Access is restricted to authorized staff.

We do not perform automated decision-making or profiling as defined in Art. 22 GDPR.
