2. Subject of the contract

The seller provides digital products (text documents, prompts, and guides) available for download from intelido.ai — specifically Twin, Blueprint, the Blueprint + Twin Bundle, and the free Claude Starter.

3. Order and formation of contract

The contract is concluded by submitting an order and paying it. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (LSQ LLC), acting as merchant of record — issuing the invoice, remitting VAT by the buyer's country, and settling the payment with the seller.

4. Price and payment

Prices are listed in EUR including Slovak VAT (23%). For EU businesses with a valid VAT ID, VAT is deducted at checkout (reverse-charge). Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal).

5. Delivery of digital content

After successful payment the buyer receives an email with download links. Links are valid for a limited time with a limited number of downloads. For issues contact hello@intelido.ai.

6. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal — except for contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, where content is delivered with the consumer's express consent before the withdrawal period elapses. By downloading the content the buyer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal.

The free Claude Starter is not a sale — it is a gratuitous digital delivery, so no withdrawal applies.

7. License and copyright

All provided content (documents, prompts, templates, guides) is copyrighted and owned by efrom s.r.o.. The buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. It is prohibited to resell, publicly redistribute, translate for commercial resale, or use for AI model training without written permission.

8. Complaints and warranty

Quality complaints should be sent to hello@intelido.ai. We respond within 30 days. We do not warrant any specific outcome from the content — effectiveness depends on how the buyer applies the materials.

9. Alternative dispute resolution

Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Governing law

This contract is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes not resolved by agreement fall under the jurisdiction of Slovak courts.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. The version published on the day of purchase applies. Current version at intelido.ai/en/terms/.
